9. WARRANTY & CE CERTIFICATION
WARRANTY
The tools' damage due to wrong use against manual is not under warranty.
Warranty is 12months from the date of invoice. In case tool not working properly (due
to problem tool itself), within warranty, Degometal is responsible for changing spare
parts to make tools work. The tool need to be returned as complete packed. Returning
parts only is not accepted.

EC Declaration de Conformity
We hereby declare, that this tool when used and maintained in accordance with the
general accepted codes of good practice and the recommendations of the instruction
manual, meet the essential safety and health requirements of the Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC.
For the most specific risks of this machine, safety and compliance with the essential
requirements of the Directive has been based on elements of:
