SOLUTION
1) Refill.
2) Hold more upright.
3) Tighten.
4) Adjust or replace.
5) Lubricate/tighten.
6) Remove, clean, tighten.
7) Clean vent hole.

instructions carefully.
2)Clean air cap.
3)Clean.
4)Lubricate.
