There is a round opening in the centre of the sub-base and the adapter plate,
through which extends the control rod (stem) of the actuator that is to be con­
trolled in the housing of the C-TOP+. The integrated sensors are each fixed in a slot
of the sensor bracket. They can be moved to the required position during commis­
sioning, in order to set the switching point.
Dependent on the product version, C-TOP+ is equipped with:
– An electronic board for managing max. two 3/2-solenoid valves (NC) and two
sensors
or
– An electronic board for managing max. three 3/2-solenoid valves (NC) and three
sensors. If necessary, an additional external sensor and an additional external
solenoid valve can be connected

Safety
Use for intended purpose
The C-TOP+ is intended for detecting operating statuses and to control pneumatic­
ally-operated process valves in process engineering systems. Process valves from

INOXPA
which have a pneumatic actuator and a control rod that is directed out­

wards are suitable. The cylinder diameter, control rod diameter and the length of
the outwardly-directed control rod must be within the following range:

product has been used with lubricated compressed air, it must continue to be
operated with compressed air only.
Returning to Inoxpa
Hazardous substances can endanger the health and safety of personnel and cause
damage to the environment. To prevent hazards, the product should only be re­
turned upon explicit request by Inoxpa.
– Consult your regional Inoxpa contact.
– Complete the declaration of contamination and attach it to the outside of the
packaging.
– Comply with all legal requirements for the handling of hazardous substances
and the transport of dangerous goods.
