INTRODUCTION

The Rodia DC 1450TS is, combined with
a Pullman-Ermator S26 or Pullman Erma-
tor S36 type vacuum cleaner, a by TNO
approved system for the professional for
dry cutting of stone and/or blocks.
For choice using a TNO approved vac-
uum cleaner see the table below.

At high intensity of use of the brick saw (2
to 8 hours per day) one can choose for
the Pullman Ermator S36 with a capacity
of 600 m³/h or for an equivalent TNO
approved vacuum cleaner. By connecting
such a vacuum cleaner dust is prevented
and the allowable concentration of respir-
able quartz remains under the legal limit of
0,075mg/m³.
The machine is provided with a movable
cutting table, to which is fixed a stain-
less steel suction unit with a suction port
of Ø 63 mm and a retractable brush for
optimal suction. The movable cutting table
has 4 ball bearing guide rollers for precise
and easy cutting feed.The machine is
equipped with a height adjustable cutting
head. Higher adjustment of the cutting
head may however affect the suction.
The quality and construction of this brick
saw meet the highest standards. The
design is based on longevity and minimal
maintenance.
