Consumer information and warranty
Congratulations on the purchase of your new Lavazza A Modo Mio capsule machine ('machine').
If you should experience any problems or need technical assistance with the machine, you can contact us directly on:

If the machine becomes defective within 1 year from the date of sale and you make a claim in accordance with
procedure outlined below, we will repair, replace or refund the defective machine free of charge ('1 year machine
warranty').
Additionally, the machine comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonably fore-
seeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the machine repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In order to claim under this warranty, you will need to return the defective machine to the place of purchase,
along with proof of purchase. Any costs incurred by you in returning the device will be borne by you.
Our liability under this warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or
materials, and was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors or circumstances beyond our control.
These include (but are not limited to) defective installation, maintenance or repair, alteration or modification of
the machine in any manner not recommended by the manufacturer or any neglect, misuse or excessive use or
normal wear and tear.
The benefits conferred by the is manufacturer's warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by
the Australian Consumer Law, and any other statutory rights to which you may already be entitled.
