Š Connect the appliance to the mains.
Š The pilot light comes on.
Š Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off button.
Š Select the desired speed.
Š Work with the food you want to process.
Electronic speed control:
Š The speed of the appliance can be regulated by using
the speed regulator control (A). This function is very
useful, as it makes it possible to adapt the speed of the
appliance to the type of work that needs to be done.
Turbo function:
Š The appliance has a Turbo function. By activating the
Turbo function (B2) all the power of the motor becomes
available, thus obtaining a finer finish in the final texture
of the product.
Once you have finished using the appli-
ance:
Š Stop the appliance by releasing the pressure on the on/
off button.
Š Unplug the appliance from the mains.
Š Clean the appliance.
Accessories:
Stick blender accessory (E):
Š This accessory is used for making sauces, soups,
mayonnaise, milkshakes, baby food ...
Š Attach the stick to motor body by pressing until you hear
a click (Fig.1).
Š Put the food to be prepared in the measuring cup and
switch the appliance on.
Š Detach the stick to motor body by pressing the release
buttons (Fig. 2).
Chopping accessory (H):
Š This accessory is used to chop vegetables or meat...
Š Put the blades set and the food to be prepared in the
chopping container. Then, put the lid firmly.
Š Fit the motor unit to the lid by pressing until you hear a
click (Fig.3).
Š Switch the appliance on (be careful: do not switch the
appliance on if the whole unit is not properly fitted and
connected together).
Š Stop the appliance when the food reaches the desired
texture.

Š Detach the unit from the lid by pressing the release
buttons.
Š Open the lid and remove the blades set.
Š Note 1: Do not exceed half of the chopper cup when
working with solid foods.
Š Note 2: In the case of working with liquid foods, do not
exceed 300 ml.
Whisk accessory (G):
Š This accessory is used to whip cream, beat egg whites...
Š Insert the whisk into the adapter. Join this unit to the
motor unit by pressing until you hear click (Fig.4).
Š Put the food into a large receptacle and switch the appli-
ance on. For best results, turn the whisk clockwise.
Š Press the release buttons to free the adapter and
remove the whisk accessory from the adapter. (Fig.5).
Š Note 1: Do not work at high speeds even with the turbo
function with this accessory attached, as this would
cause defects in the whisk (spinning its wires).
CLEANING
Š Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to
cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
Š Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops
of washing-up liquid and then dry.
Š Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH
such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the
appliance.
Š Never submerge the appliance in water or any other
liquid or place it under running water.
Š During the cleaning process, take special care with the
blades, as they are very sharp.
Š It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and
remove any food remains.
Š If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its
surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration
of the appliance's useful life and could become unsafe
to use.
Š The following pieces may be washed in a dishwasher
(using a soft cleaning program):
- Measuring cup
- Whisk
- Chopper cup
Š The draining/drying position of the articles washable in
the dishwasher or in the sink must allow the water to
drain away easily.
Š Then dry all parts before its assembly and storage.
