7.4 Independent operation of several systems

Teaching of the User Remote to a specifi c selected receiver in order to permit independent
operation of several systems (maximum 15) in the same room.
1.
Simultaneously press push-buttons [CH-1
(VLP) to start individual programming (LED fl ashes red).
2.
Activating number block (factory setting = 16):
- Number block 1-4: Press push-button [1] (SP).
- Number block 5-8: Press push-button [2] (SP).
- Number block 9-12: Press push-button [3] (SP).
- Number block 13-16: Press push-button [4] (SP).
3.
Programming system number:
- Press push-button [1], [2], [3] or [4] (SP) for the system
number to be programmed (factory setting = 16) (LED
fl ashes green twice and system fl ashes in confi rmation).
--> Example: Programming system number 10:
1.
Simultaneously press push-buttons [CH-1
2.
Press push-button [3] (SP) to activate number block 9-12.
3.
Press push-button [2] (SP) to program system number 10
(LED fl ashes green twice and system fl ashes in confi rmation).

Reset

8.1 System reset (using Master Remote)

1.
Press push-button [PROG] (LP) to start programming mode (LED1 fl ashes).
2.
Press [Single Offi ce] (SP) to set default function mode (LED1 fl ashes rapidly).
3.
Press push-button [PROG] (SP) to exit programming mode.

8.2 Reset Master Remote

1.
Press push-button [PROG] (LP) to start programming mode (LED1 fl ashes).
2.
Simultaneously press (VLP) [Corridor] and [Staircase] (LED2 fl ashes).
3.
Press push-button [PROG] (LP) – (LED1 and LED2 light up orange for 3 seconds).

8.3 Reset User Remote

1.
Simultaneously press (VLP) [CH-1
2.
Press push-button [4] (SP) – (LED lights up orange for 3 seconds).

Important notes:
Push-button, sensor, and DALI lines must be routed separately from lamp and LED
module supply lines.
If possible, push-button lines should not be routed together with the power supply
in the same cable.
Route sensor lines separately from the power supply.
With longer cable lengths or electromagnetic interference, it is recommended, that
expansion sensors or push-buttons be connected via the DALI line.
To guarantee correct operation of the system new components may only be con-
nected and unclamped / unplugged while in a voltage-free condition.
