This is connected to the flue and allows the exhaust smoke to be expelled.
Allows the oven to be connected to the mains and the desired utilities to be used
(light, ventilation, etc.).
Indicates the Temperature inside the Cooking Chamber.
Allows the light inside the Cooking Chamber to be switched on and off.
Allows the fan inside the Cooking Chamber to be switched on and off.
This is used to control the combustion of the wood inside the Furnace.
Provides access to the Cooking Chamber to insert, remove or check the food.
Provides access to the Furnace to load wood and check the fire.
Provides access to the Cart insert or remove wood, etc.
