3 MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

Maintenance of this product:
- cleaning: when necessary, wash the product
with lukewarm drinking water (max. 40 °C). If
needed, you may add a mild detergent.
Rinse, avoid spinning, and let dry in the shade
away from direct heat,
- to disinfect, if necessary: add disinfectant to
warm water and immerse the product for an
hour. Rinse with clean drinking water, dry and
lubricate. For textile products, avoid autoclave
sterilisation.
- lubrication (only for metal products): frequently
lubricate the moving parts with silicone-based
oil. Avoid contact with oil on the fabric parts.
The product must be clean and completely
dry before lubrication .

4 PERIODIC INSPECTIONS

We strongly recommend that the pre-use and
post-use checks detailed in the specific product
instructions are carried out by a competent
person. Unless obligated by a more restrictive
law, we recommend a thorough inspection of
the product at least annually, by a competent
person who is trained and authorised by the
manufacturer.

Storage: after cleaning, drying and lubrication,
store the equipment somewhere dry (relative
humidity 40-90%), cool (temperature 5-40°C)
and dark (avoid ultraviolet radiation), chemically
neutral (absolutely avoid saline environments
and/or acids), away from sharp edges, sources
of heat, humidity, corrosive substances or other
potentially harmful conditions. Do not store the
product wet!
The results of periodic inspections must be
recorded on the Inspection card of the product;
you must prepare an inspection card for
each component, system and subsystem (an
example of an inspection card is included).
Periodic inspections must also check the
readability of the product markings.
