8.3 Use

Example of correct use for operations of:
- lowering with a single rope (fig. 11) and
double ropes (fig.12),
- recovery with a single rope (fig. 13) and
double ropes (fig. 14),
- lowering and recovery with a single rope (fig.
15) and double ropes (fig. 16),
- descent (fig. 17) and ascent (fig. 18) on the
rope,
- transfer of the load points (fig. 19).

The Grizzly can also be used to lower and
recover materials, in which case:

You may not use the Grizzly to lower and/
or lift people if it was used to lower or lift
materials.
