• The cooking process must be supervised. A short cooking process must be
supervised constantly.
• Never leave the appliance unattended during cooking, as cooking with oil or fat
in particular can be dangerous and can lead to the outbreak of a fi re. Never try to
extinguish a grease fi re with water. Instead, switch off the unit and cover the fl ame
with a fi re blanket or pot lid.
