Canadian Quality Milk Guidelines - Smart Alarm Feature
When properly outfitted with motor sensors, wash line and tank valve trip switches, your Guardian will
fully meet the CQM guidelines for "Smart Alarms."
Without this feature, it will be necessary to review the chart data and sign. With smart alarms, no chart
review and sign off is required by the Producer. In addition, no false or empty tank alarms will be
present.
Alarms AL01 through AL05 are alarms that will require review by the Producer as well as the Pickup
Hauler. These alarms may only be reset by performing a proper tank wash.
All remaining alarms are for the benefit of the Producer. Once initiated, they may be acknowledged by
hitting the DOWN arrow on the display.
NOTE: Smart Alarms not present on all models. Verify features on unit using order matrix.
