FLEX SOFTWARE
FLEX is the CSF system management software allowing commu-
nication with the keys and cylinders.
It operates in a Windows environment and must be installed
on a computer having at least one USB free port to connect the
interface device.
The software functions are:
• Changing and setting of opening disabling
or enabling parameters
• Changing and setting of time slots.
• Changing and setting of the allowed numbers of openings
• Keys and cylinders programming
• Reading the keys and cylinders events
• Management of key distribution to the different users
• Management of the software use levels through a password
Software versions:
•DEMO VERSION: Installation without registration.
At the end of the installation the software operates in
DEMO mode. This condition limits both the functions
and using time of the product.
Software commercial versions:
•HOME VERSION: can be used for one MK system
only. It is addressed to final users who wish to autono-
mously change the accesses of their system.
SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
Minimum PC requirements:
•PC Administrator Rights
•100 MB free disk space
•CPU: 2.5 GHz
•RAM: 512MByte
•DISPLAY: 1024x768
•CD-ROM: 32X
•OS: Windows XP / 2000 / Vista
Do not connect the USB INTERFACE device before installing the software.
•Ensure you have the PC administrator rights to install
the software.
•Disable any anti-virus software.
•Insert the CD. If installation does not start automa-
tically, browse the CD ROM and double-click on the
SETUP.EXE file. Follow the guided procedure to install
ATTENTION! AFTER INSTALLATION THE SYSTEM FILE ".FLX" MUST BE COPIED
IN THE COMPUTER IN ORDER TO SAVE THE CHANGES.

THE FLEX SOFTWARE CAN ONLY BE USED WHEN THE PR KEY IS
ATTENTION!
INSERTED IN THE INTERFACE DEVICE.
•DEMO KIT VERSION: special software which can only
be used with the MK system provided in the demo KIT
box. It is addressed to users who wish to evaluate or
promote the product. This version cannot manage sy-
stems used to normal door operation. The numeric regi-
stration code comes with the DEMO KIT.
•PROFESSIONAL VERSION: used to control up to 100
MK systems. Mainly addressed to professionals who
can manage several systems with the same software.
