3.5 STEP (channel spacing)
Choose the correct frequency step is the basis for setting precise transmitting and receiving
frequency.
1) Press [MENU], [MENU] appears, next line is blank. Then Press [UP]or [DOWN] to select
"STEP"έ
2) Press [MENU] to enterΝintoΝsettingΝ,firstΝlineΝshowsΝ"STEθ", next line shows the status.
3) Press [UP] or [DOWN] to select between 5/ 6.25/ 10/ 12.5/ 20 or 25 kHz channel steps.
4) Press [MENU] to confirm and return, or press [*/BAND] to exit without changes.
3.6 WN Select ( wide / narrow receiver bandwidth and transmitter system FM deviation)
Depending on the network, in some areas narrow band parameters are requested. Therefore it is
necessary to match the receiver bandwidth and transmitter peak deviation to the system
parameters for wide or narrow band. To change between wide and narrow band parameters:
1) Press [MENU], [MENU] appears, next line is blank. Then Press [UP] or [DOWN] to select
"WN"έ
2) Press [MENU] enter into setting, firstΝlineΝisΝ"Wζ", next line shows the status.
3) Press [UP] or [DOWN] to select WIDE/ NARROW.
4) Press [MENU] to confirm the settings and return,or press [*/BAND] to exit without changes.
