No helix cable necessary. A battery-operated transceiver is placed at the door's bottom slat and a pluggable
transceiver module is plugged in the control unit. The signals are wireless transmitted from the safety edge to
the control unit (2,4GHz).
Once detected that the battery is going flat, the following flashing signal is shown during every CLOSE move:
2x _ 2x _ 2x _ ... Door closes latching, but the transceiver batteries have to be replaced. In case the batteries
are completely discharged, the door can be closed by dead man's handling only.
Function check of wireless transmission between safety edge and control unit:
press and keep PROG button depressed on the battery-operated transceiver which is placed at the

The receiver's radio range is limited to 10m. Walls or major metallic objects between the transreceiver and the
control unit may restrict the radio range even further.
