3. Operation

3.1 Before commissioning

•
The unit is ready for operation after unpacking.
• Check unit:
- Check the unit and all components for damage.
- Damage to the protective hose and the connection cable.
• Check the mains supply:
-Check whether the mains supply or the building site distribution board has the correct
operating voltage (see type plate of the unit or chapter Technical data).
- Check whether the mains supply or the site distribution board complies with the applicable
national standards.

3.2 Putting into operation

•
Be sure to connect the individual components correctly.
•
Connect hose to machine until quick release engages.
• Connect the concrete vibrator to the AC mains (230V/home connection) with the connection
cable.
• Put the concrete vibrator into operation (set the switch to "ON" / "I").
•
Hit the vibrating bottle head part hard; so that the pendulum is activated.

3.3 Compacting fresh concrete

•
Hold the unit with both hands.
• Dip the vibrating body quickly into the fresh concrete, dwell for several seconds and slowly pull
it out.
• Immerse the vibrating body in all areas of the formwork and compact the fresh concrete..
