Maintenance
DO NOT power up machine when any of the shrouds are removed (a tool is required)
- Electrical hazard!
ALWAYS unplug power cord to disable power when servicing!

Cleaning the Applicator

To clean the applicator:
1. Remove media.
2. Dampen a non-abrasive cloth with denatured alcohol or use a pre-moistened eye glass lens
cleaning towelette.
3. Gently wipe the cloth across the media plate and lenses.
4. Repeat as often as required to maintain applicator functionality.

Fuse

The specifics for the fuse on the rear of the panel, below the on/off switch are as follows:
Size: 5 x 20 mm
Current: 2A
Voltage: 250 VAC
Type: Time lag

Cleaning Dies

To clean the dies:
1. Remove the dies. (See Changing Dies on
2. Dampen a non-abrasive cloth with denatured alcohol or use a pre-moistened eye glass lens
cleaning towelette.
3. Gently wipe the dirty portion of the die with the alcohol-dampened cloth until debris is
removed.
4. Repeat as often as necessary to maintain die functionality.
