Disk Menu
Selection of DVD menu language (8 languages available).
Parental Control
Blocks a DVD to prevent playback by children: Access the
Password Setup menu to enter a password: All audiences,
G, PG, PG13, PG-R, R, NC17, Adult.
Password
Modifying a password. (default password: 1234).
System reset
Resets all settings to their original factory settings.
DVD/VCD/CD PLAYBACK
Source selection
• Press SOURCE to select the DVD player or the FM
radio player.
• In DVD playback mode, press DVD/USB to switch from
the DVD player or the USB port and back.
Volume setting
Every time the device is started, volume is automatically set
at 10. Max. value is 36.
• Turn the front control dial or press VOL+/VOL- on the
remote control to adjust the sound volume.
Sound off mode
• Press MUTE on the remote control to turn the sound
on or off.
Sound settings (speakers configuration)
These keys adjust the volume settings of the different parts
of the Home Theater. These settings can only be adjusted
from the remote control.
• Press FRONT +/- to adjust the front speakers volume.
• Press SW +/- to adjust the subwoofer volume.
• Press CEN +/- to adjust the center speakers volume.
• Press SUR +/- to adjust the rear speakers volume.
Simple playback:
• Insert a DVD/VCD/CD into the disk compartment.
• Close the compartment to enable automatic playback.
• Certain DVDs have their own menus. The player will
automatically display the disk's title menu.
• Press MENU/PBC to go back to the title menu.
Note: During playback, press 1x on 3 then TITLE to go
back to the main menu.
Stops playback:
• Press 3 to pause playback. On certain disks,
playback can be resumed from the point where it was
interrupted.
• Press 12 or ENTER to resume playback from this point.
• Press 2x to 3 to cancel.
Fast forward/backward:
• During playback, press 7 to return to the beginning of
the chapter. Each time this key is pressed, one chapter
is skipped backwards up to the DVD root menu.
• Each time 8 is pressed, one chapter is skipped
forwards.
• Press 6 during playback to move quickly forwards.
Each time this key is pressed, scrolling speed is
modified.
• Press 5 during playback to move quickly backwards.
Each time this key is pressed, scrolling speed is
modified.
• Press 12 or ENTER to resume normal playback speed.

CONVERTING AN AUDIO CD TO MP3 AND COPYING IT
TO AN USB FLASH DRIVE
The device enables conversion of audio tracks to MP3
format to save them on a connected USB drive.
Procedure:
Tracks are played normally while MP3 files are saved on the
USB flash drive in the folder RIPPING The ripping progress
bar will appear on the screen.
When conversion is completed, press EXIT on the menu.
To play converted tracks, press DVD/USB.
Note: Available only for USB flash drives.
• Press 12 to interrupt playback.
• Press 12 or ENTER to resume playback from this point.
• Press SLOW to start thorough playback. Each time this
key is pressed, scrolling speed is modified.
• Press 12 or ENTER to resume playback from this point.
• Connect a USB flash drive to the device.
• Insert an audio CD into the DVD player.
• Upon playback start, press COPY: The CD Ripping
menu will appear on the screen.
• Select the tracks for conversion on the right and press
ENTER to confirm.
• Press START on the screen to launch conversion.
• Press CANCEL on the menu to stop CD conversion.
