Thermal Protection
The machine is equipped with a thermal cut-out protector. This is designed to protect the machine from overheating should
the airflow be blocked for extended periods. This may occur if the vacuum bag is overfull or if the vacuum hose is blocked.
The vacuum motor will stop before it can get too hot. Should this occur, turn off the machine and unplug the power cord from
the electrical outlet. Remove the dust bag and empty, clean the filters or free any blockage and ensure adequate airflow is
restored. Allow the machine to cool for approximately 45 minutes. To resume operation, plug cord into an electrical outlet and
restart machine.
Clearing Blockages
1.
Turn the machine off and disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet (fig.1 & 2).
2.
Check that the dust bag is installed correctly and is empty. If required dispose of the paper bag (fig.3).
3.
Disconnect the hose and check that there are no blockages in the machine or in the hose. If there is remove the blockage
and re-install (Fig.4 & 5).
