COMMON FAILURES AND SOLUTIONS

The display board is working but the motor doesn't work.
a) Cause: The brake is damaged.
Solution: Pull out the brake handle. If the motor is working, then it is a brake failure and you therefore you
shall replace the brake.
b) Cause: The throttle is damaged.
Solution: Firstly, check the throttle and whether there is a short circuit. Generally, a short circuit is more
likely to happen if it has rained or if it has been in a damp environment. Check it before continuing to use
the product, otherwise there will be continuous damage to the controller.
c) Cause: The motor is damaged.
Solution: If the motor doesn't turn on, please inspect the motor's switch and throttle signal. Once the
scooter is turned on, if the controller is very hot, it generally means there has been a short circuit in the
controller. You should turn it off immediately.
It won't charge.
a) Cause: The battery's charging port is loose.
Solution: Change it for a good charging port.
b) Cause: The plug doesn't connect properly.
Solution: Change the charger for a different one in good condition.
The scooter won't turn on.
a) Cause: The battery is dead.
Solution: Charge the scooter for 1-2h according to the user manual.
b) Cause: The power button is out of order.
Solution: Check whether the power button has got stuck.
