1/ WARNING:
• The JUMP STARTER should always be used by skilled personnel.
• This jump starter should only be used after reading and understanding this instruction manual.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• This jump starter is only for use on vehicles with a 12 V lead acid battery.
• Care shall be taken during product storage to prevent accidental contact between the clamps, exposure
to extreme temperatures, and rain.
• Do not use a product that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified products may exhibit unpredictable
behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
• Do not operate the jump starter with a damaged cable.
• Do not use the product when charging the internal battery.
• Ensure adequate ventilation and airflow.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs,
flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may
cause irritation or burns.
• Warnings and instructions of the vehicle maker must be applied at all times.
• Wear protection goggles and equipment specified by regulations.
• Whenever left unused, the JUMP STARTER must be kept fully charged.
• Always wind and store the cables properly to avoid any risk of contact between the clamps.
• Never produce short-circuits.
• After-sales interventions must be performed only by FACOM After-sales.
