Installation

8.1 Fitting insulating jacket
(F110/5 - 6.1 NT only)
– lay insulation mat around body of boiler

– insert fixing bolts in the holes supplied for the purpose in
the front and end sections.

push the spacers supplied into the four fixing bolts in the
front section and secure each one with a nut.

– Secure each end section fixing bolt with a nut. Screw a
nut onto each end section fixing bolt and screw outwards
so that there is enough thread protruding to take the nut
once the insulation panels are in place.

– Place rear-wall panels, item 1, on the fixing bolts, follo -
wed by the side panels, item 2. Press down the upper
rear cover panel, item 3, into the plastic lugs in the side
panels to secure them in place. Install the lower conduit
strip, item 4. Tighten the nuts at front and back. Remove
upper rear cover panel, item 3, again. Install the control
panel and make electrical connections. Replace upper
rear cover panel and install front insulation panel, item 5,
on the lower conduit strip, item 4, pressing it into the
plastic lugs on the side panels.

8.2 Fitting control panel (accessory)

– remove upper boiler insulation panel (1)
– unroll capillary tubes and cables
– install control panel on boiler and press into plastic lugs
