UNBLOCKING THE ROLLERS (MECHANICAL CONVEYOR)
DÉBLOCAGE DES ROULEAUX (TAPIS MÉCANIQUE)
The following actions should be taken immediately, whenever the rollers are subjected to
an abnormal force or blocked (stones, sticks, wires, etc.):
Lorsque les rouleaux sont soumis à un effort anormal ou lorsqu'ils sont bloqués (pierres,
morceaux de bois, fil de fer, etc.), il faut immédiatement :
DISCONNECT THE P.T.O. / DÉBRANCHER LA T.D.F.
Operate the immobiliser (D) that pulls on the tube
and immobilises the rollers.
Move the conveyor belt speed adjustment lever to
the reverse position and fix it in place.
Connect the P.T.O. to free up the roller zone.
Remove any foreign bodies that may have prevented
the rollers from operating.
After solving the fault, carry out this operation in
reverse.
Agir sur le dispositif d'immobilisation (D) en tirant
l'arbre, ce qui provoquera l'immobilisation des rouleaux.
Agir sur le régulateur de vitesse du sillage en déplaçant le levier dans le sens de l'inversion
et en le bloquant.
Activer la T.D.F. afin de libérer la zone des rouleaux.
Retirer les éventuels corps étrangers ayant provoqué le dysfonctionnement des rouleaux.
Une fois la panne réparée, procédez à l'opération inverse.

- Hydraulic conveyor / Tapis hydraulique.
