Place clamp
on to wheel
fork stem
Slide main frame
onto wheel fork
Slide Clamp Cover
onto handlebar
stem and then
insert into clamp &
frame
Insert handlebar stem
into frame up to, or past
the minimum insertion
mark shown on stem
then tighten.
