Insert the batteries. Note the correct polarity.
Inserting a CR123A 3V battery changes the smoke

alarm to registration mode.
2.
Register Smoke Sensor 2.0 to your base station.
Move the smoke alarm near to your base.

Start the Gigaset elements app.
x
In the app, click on "Elements"
x
and select "smoke", then follow the instructions
on the screen.
Smoke Sensor 2.0 is then connected to Gigaset
x
elements and is shown in the overview of the app.
