ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
To install the window regulator :
a) Disassemble the door trim casing.
b) Release the structure and the window regulator removing the
fixing screws (D) and "5" and the window regulator and extract
the structure.
c) Pull out the glass by removing the screws "4"
d) Remove the old window regulator unscrew points "2".
e) Remove the gearmotor from the old window regulator and
place it in the same position in the new one. Attach the new
window regulator mechanism at points "2".
Warning: On the new regulator, before cutting the plastic tie
hold the drum firmly in position.
f) Attach the glass to the window regulator at points "4".
g)Reassemble the structure with the door and fixe it to points (D).
h) Attach the guide of window regulator to points "5"
i) If the car features the Comfort system, program it referring to
the vehicle's owner's manual.
j) Check overall functioning; reassemble the door trim casing.

INSTRUÇÕES PARA A MONTAGEM
Para instalar correctamente o dispositivo de levantar o vidro
proceder como se segue:
a) Desmontar com cuidado o painel de revestimento da porta.
b) Liberar a armação removendo os parafusos de fixação (D) e "5" e
extraí-la da porta.
d) Remover o vidro desparafusando os pontos "4".
e)Remover o antigo levantador de vidro retirando os parafusos "2".
f) Do elevador de vidros velho remover o motorredutor e aplicá-lo
na mesma posição no novo mecanismo. Aplicar à armação o
mecanismo de troca fixando nos pontos "2".
Atenção: Cortar a faixinha de plástico na bobina do novo
levantador de vidro prestando atenção para não deixar sair os
cabos das suas posições.
g) Fixar o vidro ao respectivo elevador nos pontos "4".
h) Inserir a armação na porta e fixá-la nos pontos (D).
i) Fixar o dispositivo de levantar o vidro na porta nos pontos "5".
j) Programar a centralina Comfort de acordo com as instruções do
Manual de Utilização e de Manutenção.
k) Verificar o funcionamento geral. Colocar novamente o painel de
revestimento da porta.
