BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Disassemble the Batter Boss.
2. Wash the components. See the Cleaning instructions.
3. Assemble the Batter Boss.
DISASSEMBLE / ASSEMBLE
Instructions below are for disassembly. For assembly, reserve the
instructions.

Push down on the
bar to remove the
top end from the
trigger.

Remove
the cover.

Remove the piston,
spring plate, and
diffuser..

Remove the
check valve
from the piston.
5 Pull out pin and
remove the cam.
NOTE: For reassembly,
install cam so numbers
are right side up.

Squeeze end and
pull out pin and
trigger.

OPERATION
TIP: Use the helper handle to support the equipment.
TIP: The distance between the Batter Boss and the target affects
performance. Too close will yield inconsistent results. Too far will
cause sauce to splatter.
TIP: For consistent portions, refill before the housing is empty.
1. Verify the desired diffuser is installed with the points facing down:
• Six hole diffuser: for homogeneous batter
• Single hole diffuser: for non-homogeneous, thicker or chunky
sauces.
NOTICE: Diffuser choice may have a slight impact on the amount
of batter dispensed.
2. Set the cam:
• Partially pull the pin from the hole.
• Rotate the cam to the desired setting. The higher the setting, the
larger the portion size, from 1 oz to 3oz.
• Push the pin back into place.
3. Fill the housing.
4. Squeeze the trigger.
CLEANING
NOTICE: Do NOT use strong solvents or commercial cleaners
containing ammonia, alcohol, acetone or dry cleaning
products.

2. Components are dishwasher safe or can be hand washed using a
solution of mild detergent and warm water.
