PRESSURE COOKER CHICKEN
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
11/2 cups bone broth
1 tsp. dried thyme
1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub
seasoning on the chicken.
2. Using the sauté function, heat the vegetable oil until shimmering.
3. Add chicken, breast side down and select the 'Meat/Stew' setting
for 6-7 minutes.
4. After the cooking time has elapsed, use the quick release method
to release the pressure. Flip the chicken and add broth, lemon juice
and garlic cloves.
5. Lock pressure cooker lid and cook on the same setting for 25
minutes.
6. Let the pressure cooker release naturally.
7. Remove from pressure cooker and let stand for 5 minutes before
carving.
