Fitting kit
- 3 BHc 6x15 screws (big head)
- 1 BHc 6x15 screws (little head)
- 4 Ø6 plastic washers
Assembly
- Remove the original chainguard and the holder of the brake hose.
- Cut out the original suspension protection as shown on the photo.
- Place the rear hugger on the motorbike and fit it with the provided screws. The screw with little
head is located at the frontal fitting hole.
- Check the rear hugger is well centered on the tire before tightening definively.
* Ermax rear hugger and underdray are compatible.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical
data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
