15 screws (big head)
- 1 piece self adhesive rubber
- 1 plastic collar
Assembly
- Remove the original chain guard and the suspension protector, remove the brake hose fixing on
the right hand side (for SV 650 N: one of two fixing; for SV 650 S: remove only existing).
- Position the rear fender and fix the fastening screws without tightening them completely.
- Control the alignment of the rear hugger with the tyre and block the fixings.
- Stick the self adhesive rubber to either the swinging arm or rear fender, (consider degreasing the
surface where the rubber will be applied). Then attach the brake hose by passing the cable tie
through the self adhesive plastic collar.
Our rear hugger is compatible with ABS model. In this case, the front
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical
data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicules made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
