Elle permet de régler le courant de soudage du mini au maxi du générateur.
Montage : ( voir dépliant FIGURE 2 à la fin de la notice)
Raccordement en face arrière du générateur sur l'embase Rep.15
Note : Dans ce cas, le potentiomètre de réglage courant en face avant du générateur
est inactif.
2. Groupe de refroidissement REFRISAF 220, réf. 9157-0414
Il permet le refroidissement de la torche TIG raccordée au PRESTOTIG 220 AC/DC.
Montage : ( voir dépliant FIGURE 8 à la fin de la notice)
1. A l'arrière du générateur, dévisser la plaque A tenue par 2 vis.
2. Retirer ensuite la prise en serrant sur les cotés afin de dégager les clips.
3. et 4. Connecter la fiche du groupe de refroidissement et visser la plaque.
Resserrer les serre-câbles.
Pour le circuit de refroidissement torche TIG : utilisation exclusive
3. Chariot RUNNYTIG, réf. 0387-1110
Le chariot RUNNYTIG permet de déplacer aisément le générateur PRESTOTIG 220
AC/DC équipé de tous ses accessoires.
Il est équipé d'un compartiment fermé par une porte cadenassée.
Suivant le niveau d'équipement, plusieurs packages sont disponibles :
Montage : ( voir dépliant FIGURE 7 à la fin de la notice)
Positionner et fixer le générateur PRESTOTIG 220 AC/DC et tous ses accessoires
sur le chariot RUNNYTIG.
1. Placer le groupe de refroidissement REFRISAF 220 en positionnant
correctement les patins dans les trous prévus à cet effet.
2. Fixer avec les vis longueur 16 mm
3.4.5 Placer ensuite le générateur de soudage PRESTOTIG 220 AC/DC en
positionnant les patins dans les trous prévus à cet effet
Ouvrir la porte et placer les 3 vis longueur 35 mm avec leurs 3
rondelles.
6. Fixer le support torche sur une des vis de fixation du capot générateur
(à l'avant) suivant son sens de montage (montage réversible).
Fixer les bouteilles au minimum par 2 points d'attaches.

This is used to set the welding current level between the generator min. and max.
level.

Perform the connection to the rear panel of the generator using socket, item
Note : In this case the normal adjustment potentiometer, on the generator front panel
is disabled.
2. Cooling unit REFRISAF 220, ref. 9157-0414
This unit provides cooling for the TIG torch connected to the PRESTOTIG 220 AC/DC.
Installation : ( See fold-out FIGURE 8 at the end of the manual)
1. At the rear of the generator, unscrew plate A held by 2 screws.
2. Then remove the connector by pressing on the sides to release the clips.
3. et 4. Connect the cooling unit connector and screw the plate back into place.
Tighten the cable clamps.
3. RUNNYTIG trolley, ref. 0387-1110
The RUNNYTIG trolley enables the PRESTOTIG 220 AC/DC generator to be easily
moved with all its accessories.
It's equipped with a closed compartment with a padlocked door.
Depending on the level of equipment selected a number of packages are available :
Base/Basic 1 : réf. 0387-1241
Base/ Basic 2 : réf. 0387-1242
Base / Basic 3 : réf. 0387-1243

Position and mount the PRESTOTIG 220 AC/DC generator and all of its accessories
on the RUNNYTIG trolley.
1. Place the REFRISAF 220 cooling unit in position, making sure that the pads
are correctly fitted into the holes provided for this purpose.
2. Attach using the 16 mm long screws
3.4.5 Then place the PRESTOTIG 220 AC/DC welding generator making sure that
the pads are correctly fitted into the holes provided for this purpose.
Open the door and position the 3 screws, length 35 mm, together with their
washers.
6. Fix the torch holder on one of the fixing screws of the generator cover (on the
front), according to the direction of mounting (which is reversible).
