DEFINITION OF THE REGENERATION FREQUENCY FOR THE TIME SYSTEM :
E.g.:
Supposing that for DOUBLE 85 a daily consumption of 4200 litres is required (with hardness of 30°F)
17.000:4200=4 the number to set (in this case regeneration takes place every 4 days).
CORRESPONDING REGENERATION TIMES:
1 C = 6 minutes backwash
2 C = 30 minutes brine suction
3 C = 30 minutes slow rinse
4 C = 8 minutes rapid rinse
Height of floater = 500 mm
SYSTEM VOLUME - VOLUME TIME
N.B. The number of litres of water to be set on the display is 1/100 that found in the table. E.g. value in table is 17.000.
The value to be set (17.000:100) = 170.
The litres are counted with a pulse every 100 litres, without changing the actual quantity of water.
N.B. The litres of softened water shown in this table are obtained with intake water with a total hardness of max. 45°F
and salinity not exceeding 500 PPM, without oils, colourless and without turbidity.
Water consumption per regeneration is calculated as a function of the following parameters:
- time of each phase
- water flowrate at the drain
- operating pressure
