TROUBLE
The motor hums but fail to
start
The motor stops suddenly
The burner stops suddenly
The burner is making a loto f
smoke
The water is not hot enough
When the gun closed the
burner remains on
For all the above mentioned jobs contact the manufacturer or an authorised
assistance centre.
CAUSES
Voltage (volts) less than
required
Electrical extension of
inadequate cross-section
The thermal cut-out has
tripped due to overheating
There is no fuel
Dirty electrodes
The nozze is logge and there
is no pressure
The electrodes high voltage
cable has either earthed or
burnt
The fuel filter is logge
The fuel pressure is too high
The boiler is very dirty
Burner nozze is dirty
The fuel filter is dirty
The burner pump is not
supplying enough pressure
The pressure switch's
microswitch is out of order

REMEDIES
Check the electrical system is
adequate
Refer to the table for correct
use of extension
Check the voltage is as
required
Disconnect the switch and
leave to cool for few minutes
Put fuel in the tank
Clean
Clean the nozze, if the pump
is not pressurised the burner
will not start
Replace the high voltage
cable
Change it
Turn the fuel pressure screw
in counter-clokwise
Open the cover and clean the
boiler
Take it off and clean it
togheter with the fuel filter,
change it if necessary
Take it off and clean it
Re-calibrate the pump
aqccording to the
recommended values
Replace
