9 Warranty conditions
The following warranty conditions apply:

Scope of warranty
Period: 5 years from transfer of product
Region: All member states of the European Union
Property:
A warranty case occurs if the product exhibits functional, material or processing errors that are not due to external influences
such as wind, hail, snow, etc., or improper handling or storage. Customers can either have the necessary spare parts sent
to them and perform the repairs themselves, or send the product to our workshop for repairs. Repairs and spare parts are
not charged; shipping costs must be borne by the customer. If identical spare parts are no longer available, the customer will
receive similar parts that serve the same purpose. Any other claims under the warranty are excluded, especially as regards
rescission, reduction or claims for damages.
Warranty protection
It must be clarified in advance whether or not the damage is a warranty case. Often it is sufficient to send image material
showing the damage. We ask that customers discuss every potential warranty case with us in advance by telephone and to
not send us the product without advance notification. To verify that you are entitled to warranty coverage, the sales receipt or a
copy thereof is required. If the inspection and/or repairs reveal that the faults are not covered by the warranty, we are required
and authorised to invoice our expenses.
Warranty exclusion
Warranty claims are excluded if the product was damaged by force majeure or by weather influences such as wind, hail,
snow, frost, etc., if the product was stored or used under conditions outside of the technical specifications, if damage is due to
improper handling of the product, especially failure to follow the installation and operating instructions, or if damage occurred
on account of changes made, or is due to wear caused by normal use of the product that does not impair the product's
function.
The warranty conditions described above apply separately from and in addition to the legal rights of the customer.
