STEP 6:
Connect the pulse wires (58) and upper sensor wire (37) to the wires in the
computer (50), and then place the computer into the computer bracket of
the vertical tube (72) using the screw (64) and washer (70).
BATTERIES (NOT INCLUDED)
Inserting batteries in the computer:
1. Open the battery cover.
2. Place 2 AA-batteries into the battery compartment.
3. Close the battery cover.

CAUTION
• Keep the computer away from direct sunlight.
• Dry the surface of the computer if it is covered with drops of sweat.
• Do not lean on the computer.
FUNCTIONAL BUTTONS
Button
Description
Push down to select the functions. Holding the MODE button
MODE
for a long time will return the computer to 0.
To set the time, distance, pulse and calories when not in

scan mode.
Push to reset the time, distance and calories. The existing
RESET
data will change to 0. If the RESET button is held for a long
time, besides the ODO position, the data will all return to 0.
FUNCTION AND OPERATIONS
Function
Description
Press "MODE" button until "SCAN" appears; the monitor
will rotate through all 6 functions: Time, speed, distance,
SCAN
calories, ODO and pulse - each display will be hold for
6 seconds.
1. Count the total time between the start and end
of exercise.
TIME
2. Press "MODE" button until "TIME" appears, press
"SET" button to set exercise time. If "SET" is zero, the
computer will sound an alarm for 5 seconds.
SPEED
Displays the current speed.
1. Count the distance between the start and end
of exercise.
DISTANCE
2. Press "MODE" button until "DIST" appears, Press "SET"
button to set exercise distance. If "SET" is zero, the
computer will alarm 5 seconds.
1. Count the total calories from exercise start to end.
2. Press "MODE" button until "CAL" appears, Press "SET"
CALORIES
button to set exercise calories. If "SET" is zero, the
computer will sound an alarm for 5 seconds.
This function refers to the total distance and indicates
ODO
how long the battery capacity will last.

Press MODE button until "PULSE "appears. Before
measuring your pulse rate, please place the palms
of your hands on both of the contact pads. The display
will then show your current heart rate in beats
per minute (BPM) on the display after 6~7 seconds.
PULSE RATE
Remark: During the process of pulse measurement,
because of contact jamming, the measured value
may be higher than the virtual pulse rate during the first
2~3 seconds, but will then return to its normal
level. The measured value cannot be regarded as a basis
for medical treatment.
ALARM: The computer will "Beep" when the "MODE", "SET "and "RESET
"buttons are pressed.
AUTO ON/OFF & AUTO START/STOP: The power will turn off automatically if
a signal is not received for 8 minutes. The computer will remain operational
if the wheel is in motion or any button is pressed.
