Cleaning

o Clean the refrigerated showcase regularly.
o Before cleaning open the glass door and remove allfood products from the cake display.
While cleaning the cake display, store thefood in a refrigerator to avoid spoiling it.
o Remove the glass shelves from the cake display and clean them thoroughly with a soft
cloth and a disinfectant appropriate for food service applications. After cleaning the glass
shelves, rinse them in clean water and then dry thoroughly.
o Clean the interior and exterior of the cake display regularly using an appropriate mild
cleaning agent and a soft cloth. Rinse the cleaned surfaces with clean water to remove
any leftover cleaning products, then dry the cake display before further use.
o If condensate has gathered at the bottom of the device, remove it with a soft, wet cloth.
o Never use aggressive or coarse cleaning agents such as scouring powder, alcohol,
solvents or other substances that could damage the device's surfaces.
o Use a soft, dry cloth for drying and polishing thedevice.
When the Refrigerated showcase is not in use over longer periods:
o Please pull the power plug from the socket;
o Remove all food products from the refrigerated showcase;
o Clean the inside and outside of the refrigerated showcase. Remove and clean off all
water and mould spots;
o Leave the doors open, so the refrigerated showcase can dry quicker.

Safety instructions for maintenance

o Check the mains lead from time to time to ensure it isn't damaged in any way. Never use
the device if the lead is damaged. If the lead is damaged it must be replaced by a
qualified electrician.
o In case of damage or malfunction, please contact your retailer or our customer service
centre.
o Only a qualified technician and using original spare parts and accessories should carry
out repairs and maintenance of the device. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.
