1. Beschreibung
Das Inklinatorium und Deklinatorium dient zur
Messung der Inklination und der Deklination des
Erdmagnetfeldes sowie zur Darstellung des Magnet-
feldes eines stromdurchflossenen Leiters.
Das Gerät besteht aus einer Grundplatte mit Säule,
an der eine axial drehbare Gabel mit Ringskala und
Magnetnadel befestigt sind. Die Ringskala ist in 4
Teilkreise (4 x 90°) unterteilt. Die Drehung der Gabel
erfolgt am Handrad, das mit einem weiteren Teil-
kreis ausgestattet ist. Die Magnetnadel ist in Achat-
steinen spitzengelagert und kann je nach axialer
Ausrichtung in horizontaler oder vertikaler Ebene
frei schwingen. Über die an der Gabel angebrachten
Buchsen kann ein Strom bis zu 10 A eingespeist wer-
den.
