Stop workout
If you want to pause or stop the workout, just stop pedaling or use the Pause button in the corner of
the workout. Click on 'resume session' button to resume an unachieved workout. If you want to quit
this activity, just confirm by tapping on 'Save and exit' .
Profile training
The profile training a type of training that involves
a series of low to high intensity workouts inter-
spersed with rest or relief periods.
Varying the intensity of your effort exercises the
heart muscle, providing a cardiovascular work-
out, improving aerobic capacity and permitting
the person to exercise for longer and/or at more
intense levels.
The profile training isn't yet available for all
equipment. You can easily check it on the main
menu: if you see the profile training menu, that
means the feature is available for your equip-
ment.
You have the choice between two modes, de-
pending on your equipment.
Resistance: ou define a resistance level and
we send the instructions to the home trainer, no
matter the produced power.
Target power: you define a target power and
the resistance change automatically to make you
produce it.
If you see an orange line, that means your are near your
target.
Conversely, the orange line means you draw away from
your goal. (increase the target power or slow down).
You only have to choose the time (< >) for count down
and start training.
Once the activity is started, you can increase or de-
crease the target power or resistance level according to
the mode you chose.
