Fitting kit
- 6 M5 threaded fasteners
- 4 Ø5 plastic washers
- 2 long steel squares
Assembly
- Remove the passenger foot-rests. Open the saddle. Take away the rear side panels, the original
number plate support, the indicators and the taillight.
- Equip both provided squares with a threaded fastener on the short side in order to fit the taillight as
indicated on photo.
- Replace the taillight on the scooter by using the fitting points and kit of the original number plate
support.
- Replace the side panels and the passenger foot-rests.
- Place the 4 threaded fasteners on the fixing brackets of the side panels and original number plate
support.
- Fit the plate lighting on the undertray and then fix the number plate on it by using holes already
drilled (fit it on the scooter may entail the drilling of the fuel tank).
- Connect the indicators and the plate lighting, then fit the undertray on the scooter thanks to the
BHc 5x15 screws and the Ø5 plastic washers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with
original tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
