Plastic spacers location
Fitting kit
- 2 BHc 6×15 screws (small head)
- 2 BHc 6×30 screws (small head)
- 6 steel washers Ø 5 (large model)
- 4 BHc 5×15 screws (small head)
- 2 BHc 5×35 screws (small head)
- 1 SUP09 metallic plate holder
Assembly
- Remove the saddle and the rear fairing. Disconnect the indicators and plate lighting.
- Remove the original mudguard.
- Replace the taillight's fitting screws by the provided BHc 6x30 screws. Beyond the end below, tighten the 2
hexagonal threaded spacers L: 30mm.
- Fit the aluminium plate holder on the undertray thanks to the 4 BHc 5x15 screws, the 4 Ø5 steel washers and the 4
M5 Nylock nuts.
- Fit the indicators on the undertray.
- Replace the rear fairing.
- Place the undertray on the motorbike. Fix it on the hexagonal threaded spacers with 2 BHc 6x15 screws, 2 Ø6
plastic washers, and on the front part with 2 BHc 5x35 screws, 2 Ø5 plastic washers and 2 Ø5 Nylock nuts. Insert the
plastic spacers between the undertray and the motorbike (see photo).
- Connect the indicators and the plate lighting. Replace the saddle. Fit the number plate on the provided aluminium
support.
It is advised to check the slope of the number plate before assembly, and if necessary, fold the
plate metal support so as to preserve a slope in the standards (do not fold the metal support
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with original
tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
