Assembly
- Remove the chain guard and keep the two bolts that you will use for the fitting of the rear
fender.
- Position the rear fender on the swinging arm. Align it well with the tyre and mark out the place
of drilling (Ø9) for the fitting of the provided insert.
- Fit the aluminium inserts using a trade tool. ("Facom" or "Würth").
- The Ø6 BTR screws will be used to the fit an angled bracket on right side.
- Reposition the rear fender gradually tightening the three fitting to avoid damaging the fender.
- Don't forget to harden the rear shock absorber when you ride with a passenger or on poor road
surfaces to avoid damaging the rear fender.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
* Our hugger and undertray are compatible.
