Assembly
- Remove the saddle and the rear fairing; disconnect the indicators and the plate lighting.
- Take off the taillight surround and the original number plate support.
- Insert all Ø8 spacers between the fixation of the exhaust pipe and frame (see photo 1).
- Place the 2 threaded fasteners on the provided undertray, fit it on the bike using the BHc 6×15 and BHc 6×35
screws( this last one must be used on the right side of the bike to fix the atmospheric captor
by raising it from the toolbox thanks to the Ø6 L18mm (see photo 2).
- Place the plate lighting and the metallic plate support on the taillight surround (4 BHc 5×10 screws, 4 Ø5 nylock
nuts and 4 plastic washers). Fit whole on the motorbike. On the up side with the original screws and the provided
BHc 5×15 and the 2 Ø5 plastic washers on the low side.
- Connect the indicators, the plate lighting and fit the number plate on its support.
Please check the slope of the number plate before the assembly, and if necessary, fold the metallic plate
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjusting to fit.
* Any deterioration of the part due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with original tyres
and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.

holder so as to preserve a slope in the standards.
(do not fold the metal plate while fitted on the ABS piece).
