Cleaning and Maintenance
When necessary, clean the 64060625 battery pack cover and battery charger with a clean, soft
cloth that has been dampened with a liquid that is safe for use in the hazardous area. Do not use
any type of industrial solvent such as toluene or isopropanol (IPA) that could damage the finish. Do
not spray cleaner directly onto the battery pack or charger.
Regular maintenance inspections by a qualified service technician are recommended. The
64060625 battery pack provides a rugged, stainless steel housing that is sealed to IP66
standards. Care should be taken to avoid any physical damage or shocks to the battery pack.
Should the battery pack become damaged, ensure that steps are taken to prevent dust and moisture
from entering the unit until the battery pack can be repaired or replaced.
