After 1000 operating hours, the trapezoidal spindle nut must be checked for wear by
testing the amount of thread play.
In the following cases, the spindle nut must be replaced:
For variants with 28 x 5 trapezium spindle, the axial play  1 mm

For variants with 28 x 10 trapezium spindle, the axial play  1.5 mm
•

The device may only be opened by authorized specialist personnel. If there is a fault with the
drive, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer or send the drive for repair.

When working on the electrical system or the electrical elements, they must be first disconnected from
the power supply to prevent any risk of injury.

Unauthorised modifications or changes to the drive unit are not permitted for safety reasons.

Check safety-related equipment on a regular basis, however, at least once a year, for completeness
and function.
