6 Troubleshooting

Problem description
Device cannot be powered on.
No reaction after pressing any
button.
The device spreads an unpleasant
smell.
The air quality is not improving.
Solution
Plug in the power cord.
Check if the front-cover is correc-
tly installed.
Check the filter change function
and change the filter if necessary.
Check if the child-lock is active.
Check if the plastic wrap of the
filters were removed.
Check that the filters have been
inserted in the correct order.
Clean or replace the filters and
reset the filter warning.
