6 Troubleshooting

Problem
Device does not work
Blinking light
Device running without light

7 Cleaning

Disconnect the device from the power supply,
Clean the device with a soft, damp cloth. Also clean the inside of the
cover and check if dust has formed in the air inlet. Remove the UV-C lamp
for cleaning so that it is not damaged.
Do not use caustic or abrasive cleaning agents!
before they start cleaning.
