REMOVAL OF STOCK EXHAUST SYSTEM: The process of uninstalling the original exhaust system may vary depending on the existing exhaust system.
  • Page 6 REMOVAL OF ORIGINAL EXHAUST SYSTEM: Put the motorcycle on a side stand, we recommend a racing stand. Unscrew the marked bolts from the muffler hanging, the metal clamp at the muffler link pipe-collector connection and lower muffler bracket (Figure 1, 2). Remove the muffler.

IMPORTANT: make sure, that springs pull the muffler all the way onto the link pipe – use rubber mallet if necessary to tap the connection into place! ODSTRANJEVANJE TOVARNIŠKEGA IZPUŠNEGA SISTEMA: Postopek odstranjevanja originalnega izpušnega sistema se lahko med izpušnimi sistemi razlikuje. Originalni izpušni sistem odstranite skladno z navodili proizvajalca.

Odvijte označene vijake z visečega nosilca dušilca, objemko na spoju povezovalne cevi dušilca in kolektorja ter spodnji nosilec dušilca (Slika 1, 2). Odstranite dušilec. Odstranite kovinsko objemko in gumijasti blažilnik z visečega nosilca tovarniškega dušilca (Slika 3, 4).
  • Page 77 NAMESTITEV IZPUŠNEGA SISTEMA AKRAPOVIČ SLIP-ON: Premažite vijak in notranjo stran objemke z bakreno pasto za zaščito pred korozijo brez svinca Akrapovič (črna tuba) in pravilno namestite objemko na povezovalno cev (Slika 8). POMEMBNO: na navoje vijaka in notranjost objemke nanesite bakreno pasto za zaščito pred korozijo.
  • Page 78 KONČNA NAMESTITEV IN VZDRŽEVANJE: Z vseh površin izpušnega sistema po zaključku namestitve očistite vse mastne madeže. Če jih ne očistite, se bodo madeži vžgali v površino. Ne uporabljajte agresivnih čistil, saj lahko poškodujejo površino oz. nalepko. 1. Dušilec – zunanji ovoj iz titana: očistite ga z mehko krpo, ki jo navlažite z univerzalnim mazivom v razpršilu (WD-40 ali podobnim)*.
