Question:
You do not measure 230 Vac at the
valve connection of the c-Mix
Answer:
The electronic circuit only functions
when it is powered. The minimum
heat input is 1 watt
Question:
Although the group has a low tem-
perature demand, it receives a con-
siderably higher temperature.
Answer 1:
This can be for a long period with
configuration 4.3.2. If necessary,
switch to configuration 4.3.3
Answer 2:
This can be for a short period with
configuration 4.3.3.
Answer 3:
This can be for a short period (± 1
min) when the group switches on
and the boiler is still hot.
Question:
The controller has a central heating
demand but the group does not
become hot.
Answer:
The questions below may help you
localise the problem:
- Is the boiler in DHW operation?
- Is the boiler indicating a fault?
- Is the c-Mix indicating a fault?
- Is the c-Mix correctly configured?
- Check the c-Mix fuses
- Is the (correct) valve activated?
- Is the valve in the correct position?
- Is the (correct) pump activated?
- If the group pump is running, is there adequate flow?
- Are the radiator valves open?
If necessary use the test functions of the c-Mix
to check that the valve and pump are functioning
correctly.
Question:
The controller has no heat demand,
but even so the pipes and radiators
become slightly hot.
Answer:
This could be the frost protection function.
Question:
oT1 led flashes, whilst oT2 led
does not flash.
Answer:
If an oT controller is connected to
oT2, then an oT controller must
also be connected to oT1. The c-Mix
indicates in this instance that no oT
controller is detected on oT1.
Question:
How can I check the control of the
pump from the c-Mix?
Answer:
For correct control, the output must
be powered with at least 1 W. A
voltmeter can be used to check the
control.
