Proceed as follows (for details about connections
and configurations see Chapter 4.7):
1. Connect the required sensors.
2. Connect and adjust the pump(s).
3. Connect and adjust the valve(s).
4. Connect the controller(s).
5. Connect the 230 V supply.
6. Press down for 1.5 s on the 'Save config'
button to detect and save the new configu-
ration (LEDs start blinking).
7. Check the green status LED to see whether
the c-Mix still detects faults.
Note the positions of rotary switches o and P and
of priority switch Q in the adjacent image.

Test function

The c-Mix has 2 test settings. These can be used
to check whether the values and the pumps are
functioning correctly.
Do this as follows:
1. Set the rotary switch P1 to setting 1: close
manually and press Save config. The valve of
group 1 is now activated at contact b.
The pump is not activated.
Note: some thermal valves require 5 minutes to close.
2. Set the rotary switch P1 to setting 0: open
manually and press Save config. The valve of
group 1 is now activated at contact A. The
pump is also switched on.
Note: some thermal valves require 5 minutes to open.
3. If necessary, repeat steps 1 and 2 for
group 2: rotary switch P2
4. Move the rotary switches (back) to the setting
appropriate for the chosen configuration and
press Save config.
5.2 Changing the configuration
In the following cases you will need to use the
'Save config' button to reset the configuration of
the c-Mix:
- If you connect a different type of controller,
sensor, valve or boiler to the c-Mix.
- If you change the position of one of rotary
switches O or P.

Frost protection

When a contact sensor is below 7°C, the groups
are opened and heated to 20°C. When a contact
sensor is above 10°C, the frost protection is again
deactivated.
