NOTE: If you need to replace a part, use only original parts. Spare parts that do not meet
specifications can result in a safety hazard or malfunction.
NOTE:
• The oil pump must be changed after the first 50 hours of operation, and every 200 hours or
3 months.
• The engine oil must be changed after the first 8 hours of operation and every 50 hours or 3
months.
• Every two years, the Technical Service must check the valves.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Good maintenance will extend the life of the machine. Prolonged or constant use may require more intensive
maintenance for the machine to continue to function properly. The table includes some of the most common
problems, their causes and remedies.
PROBLEM

POSSIBLE CAUSE
WHAT TO DO?
SOLUTION
• Refer to the engine manual that came with your
unit.
• The engine is equipped with an Oil Alert System that
prevents the engine from starting if the oil level is
low. Add oil, if necessary.
• Tighten the pulley or flywheel.
• Add the correct amount of oil and check the
bearings for damage.
• Remove the cylinder head and inspect it. Clean
or change.
• Stop the air compressor. Contact Technical
Support.
